Fundamentals

This class is designed to introduce you to the AntiGravity® Hammock and the range of moves that can be achieved with time and practice. We will run through some of the foundational techniques to enable you to feel comfortable and confident with the placement and movement of the AntiGravity® Hammock, such that we can progress to more fluid sequences where our focus will be on moving with the breath.

Restorative

This powerful method focuses the mind through visualisations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. The technique features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It is great for students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

Aerial Yoga

A fun, challenging class fused with yoga poses in the silky Harrison Hammock. Class includes several zero compression inversions and sequences to stretch and strengthen your mind and body. Previous AntiGravity® experience (3-5 Fundamentals classes) is recommended prior to attending Aerial Yoga.

Suspension Fitness

Elevate your workout. Utilising the Hammock to gain leverage and move freely in all dimensions of open space, classes are designed to be safe, challenging and lots of fun.

Previous AntiGravity® experience (3-5 Fundamentals classes) is recommended prior to attending Suspension Fitness.

Pilates

This technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel – all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits of zero-compression inversions.

Suspended Sessions

Suspended Meditation – 20 minutes
Let your body soften and your mind relax as you let the hammock support you in this seated or cocoon meditation.

Suspend Time – 15 minutes
